At Crazzle Casino Events we think it is important that your privacy is respected. You can visit this website without sharing any personal data. Below you can read which data we process when you contact us, and why.

Which data do we process?

When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, your message and, if you fill them in, your company name and phone number. If you email or call us directly, we process the details you give us.

We only use these details to answer your question, send you a tailor-made proposal and, if you book us, to prepare and invoice your event. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and the performance of that contract.

Protection against spam

To protect the form against spam, your browser quietly solves a small calculation. This check runs entirely on our own server; no external service (such as Google reCAPTCHA) is involved. To limit abuse, we keep an encrypted (irreversible) form of your IP address for no more than one hour.

How long do we keep your data?

No longer than necessary. If your question does not lead to a booking, we delete your details no later than two years after our last contact. Data we are legally required to keep, such as invoices, are kept for as long as the law requires.

Do we share your data?

We do not sell your data and never share it with third parties for commercial purposes. Our hosting provider manages the server our website and email run on and only processes your data on our behalf. Details needed to run your event (such as a contact person and an address) are only shared with the people who work on it.

Cookies and statistics

This website does not set any cookies and does not use Google Analytics or any other trackers. Read more in our cookie policy.

Like every web server, our server keeps technical log files (IP address, time, requested page, browser type). They are only used to secure the website and solve problems, and are deleted automatically after a short time.

If you click through to Facebook, Instagram or Google, the privacy rules of those services apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability. Just send an email to events@crazzle.be. We will reply within one month.

If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).

Changes

We may update this privacy policy, for example when legislation or our website changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
