Can I organise a casino night as a private person, company or organisation?
We are hired by companies, associations and private individuals alike. Whether you want a teambuilding, a small modest party or a large event with hundreds of guests, we adapt our formula and the number of casino tables to every occasion. Anything is possible! Under the “Ideas” tab you will find lots of examples.
Playing with fake money, is that really fun?
The atmosphere is more relaxed and cheerful when people play with Crazzle dollars. And that is what a casino event is all about: people having fun.
Do you have theme ideas that suit a casino night?
A mafia-themed party, Las Vegas, James Bond, The Great Gatsby … We are happy to brainstorm with you, nothing is too crazy for us!
Can the dollar bills be personalised?
Crazzle has its own fake dollar bills. It is even more fun for the guests when the play money is personalised with the company logo, or when the fake bills don’t show Franklin Roosevelt but the face of the birthday person or the managing director. We offer personalised bills from 125 euros (depending on the number of guests).
Do you have pictures and videos?
Of course! On our website you will find lots of photos under the “Pictures” tab. You will also find various videos and photos on our Facebook page and on Instagram.
Can you also play for real money?
The Belgian Gaming Commission prohibits us from playing for real money. What is possible are benefits where lottery tickets are sold and the proceeds go to a good cause.
Will your casino entertainment make my guests addicted to gambling?
If guests learn anything from us, it is how quickly you can win money, but just as well how quickly luck can turn and you lose all your money. So do we encourage gambling addiction? No! We show the guests how it works, without them running the risk of losing money. Hopefully they become addicted to casino entertainment, not to gambling!
Is a casino night stiff?
A casino night is not ‘stiff’ at all: the croupiers are professional and master the game, but they are there first and foremost to entertain the guests. And since it is entertainment, the croupiers effortlessly guide both beginners and experienced players, in three languages.
Organising a casino night
Can I book you directly as a private person or company? Or do I need to go through an event agency?
If you like to arrange everything yourself, you can book a casino event directly with us. If you want the whole event organised for you, we can recommend one of our partner event agencies.
Are the casino tables the main entertainment or a side activity?
Both are possible. Depending on that, we will gladly look at how many casino tables would be ideal.
Which languages do the croupiers speak?
Most croupiers are trilingual and speak Dutch, French and English. German is available on request.
How many casino tables should I rent?
For teambuildings we provide as many player positions as there are guests. At parties where there is also other entertainment or a meal, we set up a few fewer tables.
Do you provide casino entertainment for small and large events?
Yes, you choose. Ten guests or two hundred? We are happy to make you a few proposals.
Which casino games do you offer?
You can rent nine different casino games: roulette, blackjack, stud poker, Texas Hold’em poker, craps, punto banco, chuck-a-luck, money wheel and slots. All available in multiple.
The venue for a casino night
Can I choose the venue myself?
You choose your own venue. A living room, hotel, restaurant, party hall, boat … nothing is too crazy for us. What is more, the casino tables are designed to be easily carried up stairs and into most lifts.
Can the casino tables be set up on an upper floor? Do they fit in a lift?
The casino tables are designed to be easily carried up stairs and into almost all lifts. You can find the dimensions of the casino tables under the “Casino games” tab.
I have no idea for a venue myself. Can you make a suggestion?
Yes! We work with a number of selected venues in different corners of Belgium.
Do you have a decoration package to dress up our venue?
Yes! Our decoration package includes large glitter dollar signs, giant playing cards and chips. This package costs 100 euros. Our mood lighting for the venue can be ordered for 200 euros.
Where are you active?
We are based in Vilvoorde, but no location is too far for us. Flemish Brabant, Antwerp, Limburg, East Flanders, West Flanders, Brussels. In other words: at the coast, deep in the Ardennes, we have done it all. And we are not even afraid of going abroad.
Can we also hire you abroad?
Certainly. In the past we have been guests in the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany, but we are also happy to host casino nights in other countries. A supplement is charged for this, of course. We will gladly make you a tailor-made proposal.
How a casino night works
How does a casino night work?
We set up the casino tables before the guests arrive, and our croupiers are there in good time. At the agreed time we open the casino for the next three hours. After the casino night, a prize-giving or auction can follow if you wish. At most half an hour later we start packing up the casino tables. Of course this schedule can be adapted to your wishes; we are happy to talk about it.
Is it fun for both beginners and experts?
Of course! Our seasoned croupiers/entertainers run every casino game effortlessly and are happy to explain it. After fifteen minutes even a complete novice can join in enthusiastically, so beginners and experienced players alike have a great evening.
How long does casino entertainment last?
As standard we play for 3 hours; this can be extended (for a supplement).
Do you wear a uniform?
Nothing looks as professional as croupiers in uniform. Our croupiers are all dressed in black with the same striped waistcoat.
The end of the casino night
What can be won?
Even though they play with fake money, the guests will be thrilled if the evening ends with a short auction. Provide a few prizes, and they will bid loudly with the dollars they have won.
There is a dance party after the casino night. Can you take down the tables afterwards?
Normally the tables are taken down up to 30 minutes after the end of the casino event. If you would like something different, we are happy to discuss it.
The price of a casino night
How much does a casino night cost?
We always charge a fixed fee of 150 euros for transport and organisation. Per casino table with croupier (3 hours) we charge 350 euros. We also offer extras: decoration package (100 euros), personalised bills (from 125 euros), extra playing hour (100 euros/table), close-up magician (450 euros), transport abroad (price on request). All prices exclude 21% VAT. You can also find all our prices under the “Prices” tab.
What is included in the price?
Casino tables, croupiers, 3 playing hours, play money and chips, and above all: lots of fun!
About Crazzle
Who is Crazzle?
Crazzle is a company from Vilvoorde, run by Mark De Saeger. He took over the company from a well-known event organiser, so a personal approach is guaranteed. The original founder of Crazzle Casino Events had an events company. He regularly had to organise casino events, but was never satisfied with the mobile casinos he hired. He was looking for a company that brought the “real casino”, with red table cloths, leather finishing, large wooden roulette wheels and croupiers who entertained. Since there was none, he founded it himself. Mark De Saeger had been working in the company as a croupier for a while when he enthusiastically took over Crazzle a few years ago and built it into the thriving company it is today.
