General terms and conditions

1. Orders, including those recorded by our agents or representatives, shall only be binding if expressly accepted by us in writing. Orders cannot be cancelled, except after prior written agreement.

2. Goods/services will be delivered within the period specified in the contract. Goods remain the property of Crazzle Casino Events until full payment of the principal, costs and interest. However, the risks of loss or destruction of the sold goods are fully borne by the Buyer as of the moment the goods are sold.

3. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the services and/or goods can be delivered and installed in a normal way by Crazzle Casino Events at the agreed place and time, thus ensuring, among other things, the accessibility of the place of delivery. If this is not complied with, the Buyer shall be required to compensate Crazzle Casino Events for all damage, including waiting hours, storage costs and costs for the preservation of the item.

4. The Buyer must immediately inspect the goods/services delivered. Any defects must be notified to Crazzle Casino Events by registered letter as soon as possible and no later than 14 calendar days after delivery. After that term, Crazzle Casino Events is only responsible for hidden defects that make the item unsuitable for the use for which it is intended, insofar as the goods have not been processed in the meantime and insofar as Crazzle Casino Events knew or should have known about the defects. The Customer shall notify Crazzle Casino Events of the hidden defect at the latest within 14 calendar days after discovering it, by means of a registered letter with a detailed description of the defect. Complaints about hidden defects do not suspend the Buyer’s payment obligation.

5. With the exception of what is described in the previous article, Crazzle Casino Events is not obliged to pay any compensation whatsoever which would be directly or indirectly the result of goods delivered or sold by us, except in case of gross negligence or deliberate intent. The liability of Crazzle Casino Events is in any case limited to the invoice value of the delivered goods/services. Under no circumstances can Crazzle Casino Events be held liable for any indirect damage such as, but not limited to, loss of income, loss of contracts, capital costs, limitation of return or any other losses or consequential damage, both to the Buyer and to third parties. Crazzle Casino Events is not responsible for the mistakes of appointees, even in the event of deliberate intent or gross negligence. In the latter case, the Buyer must address the appointee directly.

6. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the invoice is payable within 14 calendar days of the invoice date. In the event of non-payment of all or part of the price, the outstanding amount shall be increased by operation of law and without any notice of default, with an annual interest of 12% and a fixed compensation of 10%, with a minimum of 250 EUR. Any non-payment will result in the claimability of the outstanding invoices and entitles Crazzle Casino Events, after notice of default, either to suspend any future deliveries, or to dissolve the agreement, without prejudice to the right to compensation.

For customers acting as consumers (private individuals), by way of derogation from article 6: in the event of non-payment on the due date, the customer first receives a free reminder with a period of 14 calendar days to pay. If the customer does not pay within that period, late payment interest at the rate of the Belgian Act of 2 August 2002 on combating late payment in commercial transactions and a lump-sum compensation are due, within the limits of article XIX.4 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law: 20 euros for an outstanding balance up to 150 euros, 30 euros plus 10% on the portion between 150.01 and 500 euros, and 65 euros plus 5% on the portion above 500 euros, with a maximum of 2,000 euros.
